How do I reserve an inflatable from CinnamonStixx?
There are 3 ways to make a reservation. You can use our interactive website to make a reservation. Most of our prices are listed on the website and all online reservations are followed up with a phone call. You can also call us in Miami at (786) 263-9334 and in Ft. Lauderdale at (954) 641-8334 to make a reservation.  Para Espanol llame (786)315-9159.  Our office hours are Monday thru Friday from 9am- 7pm and Saturday 9am-1pm. And lastly, you can inquire about availability by clicking our *CONTACT US* link above. All reservations are based on availability.
What is your reservation Policy?
All reservations with CinnamonStixx require a 30% deposit in advance to secure a reservation. If a cancellation is made due to inclement weather, the deposit may be refunded if secured with a credit card or used for future bookings. In the event of bad weather or a hurricane we will contact you to reschedule your reservation. All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the event start time.
Is there a delivery charge?
CinnamonStixx services MiamiDade and Broward Counties. If your event is outside of the delivery radius charges will apply. Please call us for prices outside the delivery area. Each unit will be delivered at least 30 minutes before your party.
How can I make payment?
The balance due on the day of the event is due at the beginning of your event. Payments must be made in the form of cash credit card, or money order on the day of your event. For your convenience we accept all major credit cards online when making your reservation.
What are the Safety rules for your bouncers?
Children must be supervised AT ALL TIMES. Either by an adult at the party or an attendant supplied by CinnamonStixx. We are not responsible for any incidents that may occur during the event if the customer chooses not to hire an attendant. Please ask about and attendant during reservation. In addition, at delivery all contract and Safety rules are explained. We live by the saying “Have Fun, but be safe” so we do everything we can to promote a super fun incident free event.
What happens if the unit becomes damaged during use?
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all rental equipment is returned in the conditions it was delivered in. If any of the equipment is damaged during use you will be responsible for replacement or repair.
